MRG Ranger Trauma Kit Medium is a compact IFAK trauma kit designed to provide initial treatment for one seriously injured patient or to treat two patients with minor injuries. The kit has been assembled based on paramedic experience for situations where the first few minutes are critical: severe bleeding, limb injuries, and hypothermia.
The kit attaches to any MOLLE/PALS system, belt, or backpack. The rip-off design allows you to detach it with a single pull, providing immediate access to the entire contents. Durable 1000D nylon withstands terrain, weather, and heavy use.
Two tourniquets and a pressure bandage enable the management of multiple bleeding sites. The splint and elastic bandage are sufficient for stabilizing fractures, and two hypothermia blankets protect the patient from the cold while awaiting help. Keep this kit with you wherever help may be far away.

A first aid kit is suitable for anyone who cares about themselves, their loved ones, other people or their pets.
If you think it's not worth getting one because you don't know how to use its contents, get some training and remember that someone with first aid skills might always come along and be able to use the contents of your first aid kit.
