Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the last delivered item.
Conditions for accepted returns
A return is accepted provided that it has been agreed in advance within 14 days of receiving the product, the product is in the same condition as when received, it has not been used or worn, its product tags have not been removed, and the product is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To reduce waste, we ask that you pack the items to be returned in the same packaging in which the product was delivered.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
Unless the conditions above prevent it, you may cancel or return orders shipped to the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. The return requires that the product is in the same condition as when received, has not been used or worn, its product tags have not been removed, and the product is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
When you receive your delivery
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned. These include items custom-made for the customer (such as special orders or personalised products), gift cards, clearance items, and sale items. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.
Uncollected shipments
An uncollected shipment is not the same as a product return. For uncollected orders, we charge a handling fee of €22.90 + 5% of the total order value. This amount will be deducted from the refund, and any remaining balance will be invoiced to the customer.
Returns that arrive without a prior return request or advance notice will be charged the full return costs incurred, plus a 5% handling fee on the purchase price of the product. We do not collect returns from nearby collection points, pickup points, or parcel lockers/machines unless separately agreed.
Return process
You can submit a return request in two ways:
By email: Contact us at info@medrescuegear.com before returning the product. We will send you a return code and/or return label by email.
Via your account: Log in to your account and select "Request a return." Select the items to be returned, add the reason for the return and any comments. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return label and instructions by email.
Please note that returns sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.
If you return a product independently without a return label issued by us, you are responsible for all actual costs of the return.

You can most easily request an exchange via your account under "Request a return," or by emailing us at info@medrescuegear.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once the return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
