MED POUCH VERTICAL MK II®- IFAK pouch for rapid emergency management

The MED POUCH VERTICAL MK II® is a slightly updated version of the popular MED POUCH VERTICAL, which includes significant improvements in terms of usability: a laser-cut MED marking on the front on a Velcro® panel , which can be used to attach various tags, such as IR tags . In addition, the interior of the pocket has been updated to be lighter and more compact - without compromising its core functionality.

The pouch is designed for IFAK use and fits on a MOLLE/PALS holster or belt , taking up as little space as a magazine pouch. The inner part can be removed with one quick pull of the Velcro flap. First aid supplies stay well organized thanks to the elastic webbing loops.

The inside of the pouch is lined with a loop-type Velcro® strap that allows you to attach the Direct Action® SHEARS POUCH inside. In addition, specially made paracord loops allow attachment to a 45 mm wide equipment belt .
